In 2015 and recently, I was hospitalized and afterward needed home nursing and physical therapy services. High Standard was exceptional in providing quality of service and personnel. Everything was coordinated by their Chief of Nursing, Sandra Gotay, who would personally call periodically to see how I was doing. It made me feel like I was family. Highest recommendation.
My name is Sandra Gotay RN/DON. I am proud to say that I am the Director of Nursing for High Standard Health Services. As A Nurse i always strive to give the best care to my Patients/referral sources and caregivers. Sometimes administration or nursing decisions are not well understood by caregivers despite my best try. I am incapable of being mean,rude or heartless to any patient. Please feel free to call the agency and stop by to meet me. As for me and this agency, Patient care and safety always comes first.

I have to admit I was not an easy caregiver, but every single call I made , every question I asked, every concern I had, and the list goes on … were answered appropriately and we were never left alone.
