COPD Program

Our Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease program closely monitors our patients:

• Medications are closely monitored
• Triggers are identified
• Early symptoms of exacerbations are instructed
• Close pulmonary assessments on every visit
• Close Communication/Reporting to Physician

We teach our patients how to live with chronic COPD.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is designed to assist patients with Chronic Shortness of breath. This program incorporates Skilled nursing and Physical therapy services. The skilled nursing staff will review meds, perform cardiopulmonary assessments on every visit, perform cupping technique as needed ,teach incentive spirometry and closely monitor patients condition.

Physical therapist attempt to teach patients a way to manage their activities of daily living while living with shortness of breath. Exercises are geared towards strengthening muscles , increase endurance and increase lung function as possible .
